We are a community-based team of people living with HIV who are working on a project related to GIPA/MEPA – the Greater Involvement and Meaningful Engagement of People living with HIV/AIDS.
We are looking for 2-4 young advocates living with HIV, to join our team through a paid mentorship opportunity. We encourage people from Indigenous, Black, and other racialized communities, as well as women, people who self identify as transgender, non-binary, intersex, and/or two-spirit to apply. Training and resource materials will be provided. This opportunity consists of approximately 20 hours of paid work over the Summer and early Fall of 2021, involving:
- Participating in and leading focus groups
- Participating in interviews
- Participating in discussion and data analysis
