The data and information collected  through OCHART and presented in this report shows: the range of HIV/hepatitis C services provided throughout Ontario; emerging issues and trends about services and client needs; improvements in existing services and new program planning; and how public resources are used. After a year of planning, Quebec offered its first Core Training of the Positive Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) in Montréal this past March!
