Managing from the middle can be lonely work. You’re translating decisions you didn’t make, holding the impact on staff, and trying not to lose yourself as pressures increase. This workshop supports middle managers in communicating honestly and kindly, without burning out, over-apologising, or betraying their values. Together, we’ll practice honest conversations about trust, pushback, and repair, so you can stay grounded and practical even when not everyone is happy.
