Learning Objectives:

  • To review current trends in physical and cognitive rehabilitation using our program of studies as example (e.g., HIV in MOTION, HEADS UP2, TEx Study funded by the OHTN, recent UK forum on technology, mindfullness and ageing with HIV)
  • To review in plain language the tips that we are gleaning from the results of our studies as well as our meetings with communities, clinicians and thinkers.
  • To think into the future about how digital health technologies may influence exercise and physical activity in the context of HIV.
