Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) of the OAN manages the overall operation of the Network encompassing 43 AIDS service member organizations and provides guidance and support to the Board of Directors and leadership to the staff. The ED ensures that all programs and services reflect the Network’s strategic directions and policies, directs and oversees budget preparation and expenditures, liaises with membership and external stakeholders while communicating the Network’s mission and vision.
