The John Gordon Home (JGH), a program of Regional HIV/AIDS Connection (RHAC), is a nine unit supportive housing facility in a health care setting that provides regional services in London, Ontario. JGH provides 24 hour on-site Transitional, End of Life and Respite care services to adults living with HIV/AIDS and/or HCV with acute health care needs. JGH observes a Harm Reduction Model of Care to residents that consistently present a complex range of medical and health challenges, including mental health illness, addictions/substance use and homelessness.
