Job Posting: Regional Outreach and Support Services Worker, OAHAS

The Regional Outreach and Support Services Worker will provide services to eliminate the spread of HIV among Aboriginal people in the Ottawa region. This position is intended to help improve the lives of Aboriginal People living with HIV/AIDS (APHAs) and those affected or at-risk of HIV in the Ottawa region.

The Outreach and Support Services Worker will provide Harm Reduction Outreach, preventative education, information, and provide and promote programs and services for Aboriginal people in the Ottawa region. This worker shall provide direct client services to APHAs and at-risk Aboriginal people as well as to those affected by HIV/AIDS with Aboriginal populations.
